OMG. My sister has never been aggressive with me in adulthood, but she is incredibly controlling. She also had an obsession with using gifts as weapons-sending me broken items, clothes with holes and telling me she sent me a gift card-it never arrives-I mention it, never comes and cycle continued until I finally realized it was another game. She tries to control my relationship with our mom, by complaining that i didn't thank her for the broken item or something. i used to fall for it and tell mom I found it strange to receive a used broken item in the mail and then mom would say I was ungrateful and it probably broke in the mail and then somehow I was the bad guy. This is why I panic if anyone gives me a gift. My whole life I have gotten these strange mean gifts where I am the jerk if I don't say thank you.[/quote]
