Also correct statement may be “doesn’t DIRECTLY” affect the kids; there are so many issues that arise in that environment that they can not possibly all be contained. Many teachers are great, especially those that don’t quit, including in the middle of the year. Save yourself the heartache. I wish I did.[/quote]

Doesn't sound like it was for you. But, this negativity isn't really helping you. People just assume that the posters with this much hate are the ones whose kids didn't really belong there in the first place. FSIQ 111 with anger issues isn't going to be a great match no matter how much you tell people you were wronged. Most people who left for other reasons have been far less hostile, even if they have their own disconnects with the school.

There's plenty of information out there for people to check out, but we've been happy.  I'm hopeful for more positive changes--the LS administrators being shown the door was a huge improvement.  Got rid of a lot of passive-aggressive toxicity.
