There is no such thing as a double parking lane.[/b] The driver should have either found a legal parking spot or driven to the CVS about a mile away at Spout Run/Langston Blvd that has a parking lot. Double parking is rude to cyclists AND other drivers. Don't do it.

There's an a-hole cyclist that fits the description that has screamed obscenities at me for existing as a pedestrian around Rosslyn, but in this case I think the cyclist was right. [/quote]
