They have to ask that you will agree to the toll charges and if you do, it just applies to your account.[/quote]

Why would someone need to get another EZ-Pass (Flex) when they already have one? When they don't need a Flex for the other 2 jurisdictions in the area and even most of the tolls roads in VA? Do you know how Uber and Lyft work? Their driving can sometimes take them to VA (i.e. drop-off at the airports) and from there they receive pick ups. It's not because "they are going to drive in VA for a living", but it's because their jobs unfortunately take them to VA.[/quote][b]They wouldn’t need two EZ-Passes, they just need a flex pass and it works anywhere that EZ Pass is accepted on the East Coast[/b]. If an MD driver drops someone off in VA then they can just as easily drive back to MD/DC and start accepting fares. But if they are going to pick up rides in VA, they should have a Flex Pass to make the ride quicker for the driver and passenger. That lets the driver then go on and pick up more fares and make more money. Not sure why you wouldn’t get that and are so vested in arguing against it.[/quote]
Again, if they already have an EZ-Pass why would they need to get a Flex? when as you said the EZ-Pass is accepted everywhere on the East Coast? How many times a MD driver would probably be using the I66? Once, maybe twice every blue moon.
