I wonder if my oven has a delay...? bean and cheese burritos - can of refried beans or can of pinto beans + chili powder, shredded cheese, some leftover peppers/onions if you're lucky... roll it up and you're good to go. pitas or flatbreads make homemade pizza even easier and can be GRILLED (yum) stirfry: sliced meat of choice + veg of choice + some soy and spices. Easily done in 20 esp if there's not a lot of chopping, but you can chop a bit while meat cooks. Rice in the microwave (~10-15 mins) or the noodles you only soak, and you're good to go. I make batches of buttermilk biscuits and freeze them individually (not baked). When all else fails we can have egg and cheese biscuits... the biscuits just make it feel more legit. [/quote]
