Pre-covid, our ES PTA (George Mason) was taken into the basement by the then principal to see the electrical panel in standing water and the sewage tank that regularly overflowed. They showed the pictures at a couple of meetings. No one seemed to get upset by it though. Parents around here just generally accept the poor condition of the schools (both physical and academic).
