I have multiple pairs of Lululemon leggings that will slip down when I run. But their Align leggings stay in place. I also buy inexpensive leggings, and have found that Colorful Koala leggings roll down during yoga but stay up during runs, whereas CRZ Yoga leggings stay put for yoga but slip a little (not a lot) during runs. And among my CRZ Yoga leggings, the "naked feel" leggings are more likely to slip because they are slick, whereas the winter-weight micro fleece ones I have stay in place better (but cannot be worn in warm weather because they really are warm).

As a rule I buy the tightest leggings that don't cut off circulation, both because I like some compression during exercise for circulation and because it helps them stay in place.

If a pair of leggings isn't working for whatever you are doing, try something else! And don't be afraid to try joggers instead. I buy classic high waist sweatpants as well as more modern joggers from Outdoor Voices and they are fantastic for strength training. They would also stay in place on a run but I prefer leggings because I like a sleeker feel and also I sweat a lot on runs and I think even very lightweight joggers are just too much fabric.[/quote]

Lululemon align are the best! They never slip down on me either. I buy my exact size - don’t size up. The wunder under leggings fall down on me - I don’t think they are high rise enough. All Nike leggings fall down too - they aren’t even that cheap but the quality seems poor. [/quote]
