A nugget is bite sized, and usually, but not always (the Chik Fil A style ones being the exception) the meat inside is ground and put back together. A tender is a large piece of chicken breast that's been breaded and fried or baked. It's like the difference between a hamburger and a steak in terms of the consistency of the meat. [/quote]
