This house aside… I lived on cathedral for years.  There are families in this area, many, I’d say that they are more concentrated in the sfh closer to the cathedral than Connecticut, there are some kids in the apartment buildings on ct.  are you public or private? Eaton and the bilingual ES are both close, not sure which this house is zoned for.   [/quote]

OP here. Unfortunately this is already pending before the open house. Our kids currently are in private.

I also really think the light fixtures in the kitchen/main level are very interesting. I am interested in something a similar style once we find a place. Does anyone have suggestions for where to find modern light fixtures similar to these in the area? [/quote]
