Barry could have been great. He was a civil rights proponent when he started out. Then he became comically troubled and allowed all sorts of ineptitude to permeate the dc government with crony appointees. He smoked crack. He banged whores. Then he found Jesus and got re-elected.

Anyway, we all have no idea what we’re talking about obviously. Even if we grew up here and were around when the city fell into receivership.
