The data (lawsuits, DoEd OCR complaints, CFPs) says otherwise.  MCPS was even caught grade tampering with an Asian Magnet student back in '19, didn't deny doing it, said it was too difficult to correct.  Never hit the press but it should have (and still may).  Parents normally don't check individual assignment grades that their kids receive against the grades handed back to their kids.  They just trust a teacher would never do such a thing, but it's real.[/quote]
