This is typical for MCPS. Cover up and hope it doesn't hit the press. Kudos to the reporter for breaking this story.

Remember the Rockville HS alleged gang rape case a few years ago? The public only learned about it because MCPD (police) issued a press release about it. MCPS was silent about it, even to parents at that HS. If your child was at Rockville, wouldn't you want to know a gang rape may have taken place there earlier that week?
