Ok.  I am looking forward to it being a distant memory  😕  I'm just thinking it will be 6 or 7 more years until this tooth falls out.  It is noticeable I think in person and in photos.  (When she smiles or talks as 5 year olds do excitedly.  )
It is on the first molar on the lower right.  Maybe if it was the molar behind that it wouldn't be as noticeable.   She is hoping the dentist will remove it at some point soon even though we've told her it will be when she loses her tooth.  She doesn't like it and I feel terrible. [/quote]

My 10 year old DD has had a silver crown since she was three. It’s the second molar but definitely still noticeable. She is self-conscious about it. Kids do ask her about it out of curiosity. I don’t think anyone has been mean or teased her about it. [/quote]
