Top players will like the merger because it will ultimately improve the team. Take the best from BRYC and take the best from Vienna will result in a better team. The subs won't be happy and some will leave or will just not make the team next year.

Depends on how they do it.  When VYS joined VDA, they still used VSA/PWSI fields and very few VYS players joined.  It was almost like it was an in name only thing.  Unless they fully commit this time, I'm not sure why the best VYS players would go to BRYC instead of other better nearby clubs.[/quote]
