My child had absolutely no teeth until 14 months as was eating table food at 10 months. They don't need teeth to eat real food. BTW, would you introduce solids to a newborn? You know that some are born with teeth already, right? Presence or absence of teeth is no sign of readiness to solid foods. [/quote]
