Pretty sure you mean "caping," but Kanye is friends and sort-of brothers in law with Travis which is why he commented.  That and he has no filter.  Additionally they're both going to be at the same show soon, which he mentioned in the tweet.

It was a dig at Travis Scott, implying that he knew people were in trouble and didn't stop.  Travis Scott certainly SHOULD HAVE known that people were in trouble, and the way that he encourages people to rush the stage is dangerous, but I do not believe that he actually did know.  Her implication that he knew people were dying and didn't care is pretty gross, and using it to congratulate herself is too.  Kanye still needs to stay off social media, but framing this as "he keeps attacking white women" is sus.[/quote]

Nonsense. Billie Eilish didnt say one word about Travis Scott

If Travis Scott wants to view that as a dig, he's really reaching. And even if it WAS a dig, why would she have to apologize? The Travis Scott concert WAS a mess and people DIED.

Kanye is a bully; whether he bullies women more than men, I don't know.
