[/quote] The law requires that school systems mitigate risk to the greatest degree practical in order to keep schools open. Many schools are offering outdoor lunch. That may not be the exact language, but it's close enough. Quarantines and masks are two important ways of doing that. They aren't mandating testing except for athletes, but they are offering and encouraging it. Maintaining more than 3ft of distance is one that is very hard in most APS schools and therefore isn't one that is practical or possible. [/quote]
