Covid or no Covid, I would say something.  The restaurant used that email to draw you in as part of their marketing.  If their sales staff, i.e. wait staff, 1) doesn't know about it, and 2) won't honor it, then the managers or owners need to know.  The managers or owners also need to know that their wait staff was rude for no reason.  Definitely say something.  I would not have left a 20% tip, frankly.[/quote]
