There are smallet homes/lots in the 600 range.  They do go quickly, but the spring hasn't started yet.  People will be listing their homes.

We used Courtney and Phillip Brown as our agents. They live in brookside and know the area well.

There is a Reserve, where homes are bigger and on 1 acre lots.  Then regular size houses and lots.

Tons of families.  The pools are wonderful. Clean and like a resort.[/quote]

I’m one of the Warrenton PPs and this is definitely an advantage of the Brookside community. The ES my kids attend ends up splitting for MS, but then they all attend Fauquier High. We also definitely got a resort like vibe from Brookside, my kids thought it would be great but it was too much for my DH to handle, it reminded him of Potomac lite and he was like that’s not what we are moving out here for  :lol: [/quote]
