Maybe this explains the debacle on I-95 last Monday where people were stuck in snow for a whole day because VDOT couldn’t find its own a$$ with a map and a flashlight. Northam was too caught up in deciding whom to appoint to the Potato Board and the Peanut Council instead of dealing with a snowstorm. Honestly, many here on DCUM support this idiot.
