What would you cook? Ideally several breakfast, lunch, dinner ideas that can work for everyone? -prediabetic who is eating lower carb -5 year old but a pretty adventurous eater -“meat and potatoes” eater -“gluten sensitive” eater -plant based eater who eats eggs, fish, cheese, etc.
Does your meat and potatoes eater consider fish to be meat? Mine does. I would think of some meals where either the carb or the meat is a side that can be left off, or there can be 2 options to switch between. So, for example, Breakfast: bacon/sausage, eggs, toast. Some people can have bacon and eggs, some people can have eggs and toast, some can have all 3. Lunch/dinner Lower carb vegetable soup, with bread and sandwich filling. Low carb person can just have soup, or soup with a side of turkey/cheese roll up. Vegetarian can have soup and a cheese sandwich. Burgers (meat or veggie) with a choice or bread or lettuce under Sheet pan meal with salmon, or meat and halloumi, and various vegetables. Low carb person can just not take the carby ones.
