[/quote] it was not about immediate advice. we wanted to set up a consultation and the lawyer i talked to didn't even know what i was talking about. they literally had no clue what i was talking about... DH company's attorney is very sharp in this issues and we always talked about it, the problem is that DH's company won't keep the sponsorship for spouses so we need to find someone who'll do it. It's a very complex situation that's why we need someone very knowledgeable. i'll try calling the names who ignored my email...[/quote]
