Your legal status expires in July and your husband's status is up in the air as well....and he can't come to your home country if you are deported. Meanwhile, you're about to have a third kid. Yeah, doesn't sound like you have an emergency at all.  :roll:

No, I'm not about to be deported next week. We still have several months to figure this out so I thought writing an email to explain everything would be much easier than leaving a voice mail with my horrible accent just to get a call back God knows when. I hate talking on the phone and would rather talk in person or use written communication.

BTW I have no interest in being an American citizen, thank you very much. And you don't know why because you have no idea what you're talking about. For one to become an American it takes several years and you don't "snatch" anybody. Actually the opposite. You humiliate us, take our money and after we've been through the whole thing we might or might not get what we came here for.
