I hate to take the doomer pill, but I think this is right. We CAN try to keep the temperature down, but there is no will, political or otherwise.

What we absolutely can do is get our heads out of our asses, acknowledge huge, catastrophic changes are coming, and work on infrastructure, mitigation plans, all of that to lessen the pain.[/quote]
