Anyway, OP times ARE tough now, no doubt about that.
We seem to be a rollercoaster 🎢 of highs + lows.
Things look hopeful for a time, most especially when the vaccines rolled out.
Then later on as these different variants came about (and continue to do so!) it is like we all are just sliding backwards.
And for the millionth time.

In a few months - it will have been two entire years of this craziness.
It is tough sometimes to be hopeful when we have been in this weird pattern going on a third year.

I suggest you do not lose focus on your self-care.
This is very important.
Eat healthy, get adequate rest every night, exercise when needed and also make sure not to isolate yourself from others.

Socialization is as important as food and oxygen so do not lose sight of this.
Choose to call 📞 people vs. texting makes a huge difference!
Videochats can feel wonderful as well.

As for your house &gt; do the bare minimum until you feel better.
Make sure the trash is taken out, floors/counters free of crumbs, the toilet is scrubbed on a weekly basis as well as laundry.

You are not alone, many people are feeling down w/this situation.
It seems to us that it will last forever, but there has to be a time when things are better again.
Just like the other pandemic that occurred last century, someday this all will only be remembered by another generation as simply a chapter in a history textbook.[/quote]
