That would mean, at best, a 2-3 hour delayed start for DCPS, which is notoriously conservative about school delays and closures. It is not expected to get above freezing on Friday, and as we’ve already seen this week plowing, etc is resource constrained. Snow day seems most likely result. [/quote]
