The question is whether 2021 is an anomaly and some of those kids that went private will come back. We know parents that went private because they needed to be 100% certain that school would be open all year long. If FCPS can show that they will be open, that might entice them back. So, making any capital plans based on pandemic attendance is problematic.[/quote]
