We hosted 3 days last week, are now 5-7 days out of all events, and are doing fine. I like the previous recommendation of quiche and fruit salad. You can make one quiche with meat and one veggie quiche. That, plus fruit salad, juice, water, and mimosa should be perfect![/quote]
