And my parents aren't even social people. When I got married they had a hard time scraping up more than 4 friends of their own they wanted to attend the wedding, and all of them were work colleagues. Having their kids and nieces get married has really expanded their social circle, haha.

It no doubt helps that everyone is same ethnic background, religion, and politics. Just a bunch of liberal Jews from the New York/ New Jersey / Philadelphia area.[/quote]
