The PP who mentioned depression is the one who seems most on point, honestly. I'm not depressed, but I'm sleep deprived, with a 4 month old baby breastfeeding at night and many responsibilities with work and home that don't allow me to nap during the day... So I feel like I'll likely have to wait until I have proper sleep before being able to commit to the changes necessary to lose weight. Power to you! [/quote]
