PG and DC approached virtual school pretty differently last year, with PG basically announcing it would be virtual for full terms well in advance and then extending the plan, and Bowser repeatedly promising/trying to reopen. The result might have been the same for a lot fo families, but PG County was very conservative in their approach and Bowser's proposed approach (which she struggled to implement) was much more aggressive in favor of in person school.[/quote]
