I’m sure you can furnish the apartment comfortably for far less. It really depends on your specifics. I don’t know why you think an anonymous internet board is the way to do this. One thing you could try - we still haven’t figured out what “modern” means to you but you could ask the in house designers at MGBW to give you a furniture plan for the living room and bedroom. That would give you a good base number for furniture. Then you can figure $10kish for linens, kitchenware, etc again depending on the specifics.
