Own your opinions.[/quote] DP I think the point is that most countries require you to be a citizen if you want to vote in elections. What is the policy exactly in Scotland and Wales? How many undocumented immigrants live in those two countries? Can they vote in any election? The article says that 1 in 9 residents of NYC are non-citizens. That is quite a large number.[/quote]
