I'm not impressed at all. I hit the cap last year. OPM / Congress really needs to address pay compression. SES, GS14 and 15 pay needs to be restructured. I feel like 13 is about right. Unfortunately they will punt this until 15 step 1 is the same as 15 step 10. That will be about 4 more years, lol. [/quote]
