Channel 9 would never show any photos of anyone.  Notice that they only showed tape of kids from their butts on down.  There is absolutely no law that says that a photo or a tape of a kid can't be show on television but the stations are scared %$#less of the wealthy parents that send their kids to Whitman.  Notice that the reporter said that some parents threatened to sue the police!  For what?  For breaking up a party where alcohol and drugs were served.[/quote]

Yes but I think there are laws about naming or showing faces of minors. There are no such laws to protect the parents. I say print their names in the paper, show faces if possible. I think we need to bring shame back into our culture.[/quote]

There are no laws about showing anyone's face.  The public believes that there are laws against photography.  If you are in public anyone can take your photo whether you be five or eighty-five.  There are also no laws saying that a newspaper or a tv station cannot report the names of people who are charged with a criminal offense no matter what their age.  There is a law that prohibits the police from releasing the names of people charged as juveniles.[/quote]
