Why is it that anytime someone posts an opposing view on something you're either: 1) troll 2) agent 3) owner 4) contractor I'm just a homeowner currently going through a renovation where we received multiple bids from multiple different contractors, handymen, electricians. Just sharing my experience with current pricing for paint, drywall, HVAC, floors! If you don't want an honest response, don't post the question. [/quote]
