She wasn’t suggesting listeria builds up in your system, just that every time you eat bagged greens, there’s a risk of E. coli, listeria, etc…. So if you eat one medium rare burger, the risk is tiny, but if you eat a rare burger every day for 10 months, there’s a bigger risk one of those burgers will make you sick. [/quote]
