Geometry in 8th grade was/is a requirement to get into TJ(For Academies of Loudoun this was reduced to algebra to get more balck and brown kids.). If there are not enough black and brown kids taking geometry or algebra 2 in 8th grade, you will not get many admissions. [/quote]
