People from the UK don't consider themselves European and Continental Europeans don't consider them European either. Obviously the British Isles are considered part of the continent of Europe but that doesn't mean that they are "European". And that was even before Brexit.
And yes, each country in Europe has their own norms and customs. But there are people who are comfortable with nudity in most places regardless of culture or nationality. [/quote]
