And frankly, she was cold when I told her (she was clearly feeling rushed and didn't want me to get emotional so she brushed it off) .    So for that and other reasons, Loveland has lost her luster with me.  When she's on, she's great.  But she's rarely "on" anymore.  Always rushed, impatient, detached and with a harsh judgmental attitude that seems to be getting worse.  I'm not going back to her again and I'm not going back to R+H again.  Its not just rude and insensitive, its dangerous.[/quote]
