Yes, but saying that it is just one percentage point is somewhat deceptive.  That one point actually represents a range of scores that crosses into double digits.  In terms of raw scores only, the difference between a 99.8% and a 98.2% or a 98.9% and a 97.5% are actually significant. [/quote]
