He has also said that 20 week ban would not apply to medical need. Really what kind of evil person would want to abort a baby after 20 weeks if there is no risk to mother and no medical issues? Seriously? Why would anyone have a problem with a law that banned abortions after 20 weeks except in cases of medical necessity?  He was getting a lot of flack from the Christian far Right because he wasn’t anti-abortion enough. [/quote]
