If your main source of exercise is walking from your car into a building or to your kitchen and back-yeah, you don’t need to carb load. I don’t think anyone needs to cut out all carbs- I’m not part of that camp, but advocating for “carb loading” of someone not a serious athlete is stupid [/quote]
