I find this conversation confusing. I had an epidural at 10 cm with my first and then pushed for over 3 hours. I assure you the pushing was not controlled or pain free. I was out of my mind with crazy pressure and pain by the end. My baby was also posterior and had to turn before he could come out. [/quote]
