I did clenpiq prep. It took 2-3 hours after drinking it to start the colon evacuation. I ate lightly and relatively low fiber the days before and it was not nearly as bad or as much stuff as I thought there would be. Not totally low fiber, since I did have a salad for lunch the day before, but I did avoid seeds and nuts and also red meat which is supposedly show to digest. Doctor said I was very clean.

No one told me this beforehand, but you also should think about what you're going to eat afterwards. If polyps end up being removed, I've read that you want to wait another couple weeks before eating things like nuts and seeds and berries. I thought I'd want to eat right away, but I actually only wanted gelatin and broth afterwards, so I was glad that I had extra. The next day I didn't want much more than chicken soup. I was surprised that I wasn't actually hungry.

Have you tried it without chilling it, so it's fully liquid like a drink? Or maybe bone broth could be good? I was allowed black coffee and tea.[/quote]
