and the guy she's doing the law suit with uses the fake name Vito Malara on FB and twitter and has made racist remarks.

Scott Mineo, who has used the fake name Vito Malara on FB and a gofundme account, created  Parents Against Critical Theory which is a right of right political web site that attacks all things not extreme right. He has joined forces with David Gordon of the  Virginia Project to attack any equity training and more.

Vito aka Scott on black families:

Ok, now we know that 72% of black kids are fatherless. So it begs the question, if they have no idea who their fathers are, how in the hell can they possibly claim their family members were slaves."
