Some crazy bitch flicked a butt out of her window when I was walking by her car and it bounced off my foot (sandals). It freaked me out and I responded out of pure emotion. I picked it up and threw it on her lap. And then SHE freaked on me - saying that it wasn't her butt and she was going to call the police for assault. I said "go ahead" which made her freak out more. She got out of her car prepared to kick my ass, but there was a small crowd there at this point who were supporting me. Thank god because she really could have kicked my ass. She got back in her car and drove off, spinning tires, etc.

Anyway, I've wanted to do it again, but you never know who you are going to confront. It might be someone with even more balls (and guns) than you!

You picked it up? Yuck. Good for you for standing up for yourself but I'd like to have heard that convo with the police officer and later the judge. Let me get this straight, you two got into a physical fight over a cig? Of course, I have seen people get into fights over shopping carts and parking spaces.[/quote]
