I am not a smoker but it is a habit, a bad habit, and an addiction. I doubt seriously that anyone is going to put out their cigarette on the ground and then pick it up and put it in a trash can. I also wish that people would put grocery carts back properly, clean up their children's messes on park benches and seats in restaurants, and stop leaving dirty diapers on sink counters in public restrooms.
