Thanks for the encouragement (most), and good luck to the rest of you. It's true that I am not a woman and I don't know the physiological changes you endure. I hope my post didn't trigger you, that was not my intent. Hope the link works below. It shows net calories for the last 30 days. Most days I ate more than 1600 but also worked out daily. The spikes are days out eating fancy dinners. We cook a lot at home, I love cooking. Wings are air fryer. Pizza is homemade down to the dough. Coffee is always taken black. Organiz d meal planning is the only way for us to make it work with two working parents, 2 elementary aged kids, and no family help around. Workouts are usually at 5:30am and I go to bed around 930pm. I guess the other big thing I've cut out is TV because no time for that. Still making my way through Ted Lasso season 1. BELIEVE!!!
