+1. How is she going to send you cute pics of the baby? What if someone needs to reach her for an emergency? What if she has an android phone? I don’t have an Apple Watch, so what if she has an Android phone, does that mean you have to buy the nanny an apple phone to go with the watch or can you use the watch without the phone?

Op, I know you said this was not up for debate, but why did you make this decision? Were you thinking of hiring some 18 year old fresh out high school for a nanny, so you’re worried about all day phone use?[/quote]
